1. VPS Plans — Money-Back Guarantee
New customers on monthly VPS plans are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of initial signup, provided the account has not violated our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Dedicated Servers
Due to hardware provisioning and licensing costs incurred at order time, dedicated server orders are non-refundable once provisioning has begun. Cancellation requests submitted prior to provisioning may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Renewals
Recurring renewal payments are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling any service you no longer need before its next renewal date to avoid being charged.
4. Add-On Services
Add-ons such as backups, additional IPs, or licenses are billed alongside your hosting plan and are refundable only if cancelled within the same 7-day window described in Section 1, and only if unused.
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request through your client dashboard or by contacting our support team with your order ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Service Level Agreement Credits
Uptime-related service credits are handled separately from refunds and are described in our Terms & Conditions and SLA documentation.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact support before filing a chargeback with their bank. Accounts associated with a chargeback may be suspended pending investigation.
8. Policy Changes
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
9. Contact
Questions about refunds can be directed to billing@yourdomain.com or via our contact page.
